We propose Photoemission electron microscope (PEEM) to evaluate the field emission property from each part of ZnO nanorods. The PEEM is an imaging method to accelerate the photoelectron by UV irradiation. In this study we try to observe the electron emission without UV irradiation but the trial was unsuccessful. We got the ZnO nanorods photoemission image with lower energy UV-VIS light than the work function of ZnO that could be assigned to the effect of electric field concentration ZnO nanorods.
