[19p-C309-2] Exciton distribution under exciton resonant excitation in GaAs/AlAs multiple quantum

Our research topic is the generation of terahertz wave due to the difference frequency mixing under the exciton excitation conditions. In the measurement, one laser excites the exciton, and another one excites the other exciton or electron-hole pair. Then, it is important to understand the generation process of the two polarizations. Therefore, in this work, we discuss the generation process of the two polarizations excited by the two lasers from the waveform analysis of the photoluminescence spectra under the exciton resonant excitation conditions.
