[19p-E101-12] Effect of ion irradiation on the properties of lead halide perovskite films (III)
Keywords:perovskite solar cells, ion irradiation
Perovskite solar cells are an important photovoltaic technology with high efficiencies exceeding 20% due to their optimal band gap, large absorption coefficient, and high charge mobilities. One of these challenges is the understanding and control of their defect structures because perovskite compounds are relatively soft ionic crystals and ions are migrating in the crystals relatively low activation energy. We have been investigated the influence of low energy ion irradiation on lead halide perovskite compound thin films on the structure, optical properties and electronic properties of the thin films. In this study, we have measured Raman spectra for ion irradiated perovskite films in order to clarify defects induced by ion irradiation and its dynamic behavior in perovskite thin films. Detailed analysis results will be reported.
