To understand the nanoscopic description of carrier and phonon dynamics in CNTs, we have demonstrated ultrafast time-resolved electron diffraction measurements, ultrafast transient absorption measurements, and theoretical calculations on CNT sheets. These results agreed well with the macroscopic physical properties of CNT sheets. The details will be given in the presentation.
