[19p-E303-7] Effect of irradiation time on preparation of chloroaluminium phthalocyanine nanoparticles by laser ablation in liquid
Keywords:laser ablation, organic compound, nanoparticle
Chloroaluminium phthalocyanine nanoparticles were prepared by laser ablation in liquid and the Effect of irradiation time was investigated. Laser was Nd:YAG (wavelength: 532 nm, pulse duration: 13 ns, repetition rate: 10 Hz, Fluence: 300 mJ/cm2). Irradiation time was varied from 10 min. to 2 hours. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and absorbance measurement were used for characterization. According to SEM, nanoparticles were successfully prepared by laser ablation in liquid from micrometer size raw material. The secondary particle size measured by DLS was decreased from 110 nm to 70 nm with the increase in irradiation time. Absorbance of nanoparticle was increased with the increase in irradiation time.
