In recent years, organic FETs have been significantly improved in performance, but it is not easy to pursue the determinant factors of the gate response process that are important for FET performance, from electrical measurements alone. As an attempt to investigate the response, we focused on the time change of the spectral carrier absorption signal accompanying the Gate application. In this presentation, we report the results of tracking the factors that determine the rise of drain current by simultaneous measurement of spectral signal and drain current.
