In this presentation, we report that the investigation the relation between the Mg deficiency (VMg) and thermoelectric (TE) properties on Mg2Sn single crystal. The lattice thermal conductivity of prepared single crystal sample is lower than polycrystalline sample. In order to investigate the origin of low lattice thermal conductivity, we observed the microstructure by using transmission electron microscope. Some Moiré patterns and lattice fringe were observed on the surface the sample. Therefore, it is considered that the origin of low lattice thermal conductivity is phonon scattering at this interface.
