NV center in diamond can be an fascinating imaging tool. Since measured value is strongly depend on fidelity of spin control, laser and microwave have to be uniform on large area. In this study, we point out that phase measurement can be robust against inhomogeneities of spin control and demonstrate a phase imaging experiment.
