[19p-E312-11] Cell Measurement using Magnetic Particles and NV centers in the diamond substrate

To develop the imaging technology without photo-toxicity enabling long-time observation of living cell dynamics, temporal resolution of the magnetic field imaging technology in the medium using the diamond substrate with the high density layer of NV was investigated. Using the (111) CVD film with NV density of 1.6×1016cm-3 and 3.5 µm thickness, scattering HeLa cells and 1 µm superparamagnetic particles on top of it, adding 3.2mT static external magnetic field to magnetize the particles, 19s exposure time could detect the particles.
