It is desirable to fabricate highly aligned NV ensemble in order to improve the magnetic sensitivity of the magnetic sensor using NV center. Then, we have formed nitrogen-termination on the ultra-pure (111) diamond by using nitrogen radical exposure, after that, the pure diamond film was regrown by using CVD. According to the comparison of PL-mapping of before and after regrowth, we have confirmed that NV ensemble was fabricated. Also, we have verified that the NV ensemble was aligned by ODMR measurement.
