The time evolution of quantum walks is a discrete time iteration of a unitary operator on the linear space generated by directed edges of a given network. Quantum walks are expected to play a role of a kind quantum simulator to produce a temporal and spatial discrete analogue of quantum phenomena on some quantum devices. In this study, we consider the behavior of the energy transfer of the dressed photon on nano material comparing with that of quantum walks on networks. In particular we propose the new kind of quantum walk dynamics on the line graph of the underlying network to make a correspondence of the internal state of the dressed photon consisting of "photon”, "exciton" and the "arc”, its "inverse arc" of the network.
