[19p-E314-6] Consideration of Base States for Dressed Photon Simulation

Suguru Sangu1, Hayato Saigo2, Motoichi Ohtsu3 (1.Ricoh Co., Ltd., 2.Nagahama Inst. Bio-Sci. Tech., 3.Res. Origin Dressed Photon)

Keywords:dressed photon, simulation, quantum walk

Dressed photon picture, where light-matter interaction in nanometer scale is regarded as photons with appropriate mass, explains some optical phenomena, qualitatively. The authors have advanced numerical simulation method of dressed photons for complex-matter shapes. In this paper, the numerical simulation is expanded two- and/or three-dimensional systems, and optimal representation of base states for the expanded systems are discussed as well as the analogy to mathematical model of a quantum walk.
