熱CVD法により磁性体であるFeの単結晶ナノワイヤを作製し、そのサイズの小ささのため困難であった単一のナノワイヤに対する物性評価を試みた。また、ナノワイヤ径の温度依存性についても検討を行った。ヘテロ接合をもつ磁性体ナノワイヤの合成を試みており、同様な物性評価を予定している。
