[19p-PA1-4] Coherent and Propagation Effects on Accumulated Photon Echoes on Two-level System

We studied coherent and pulse-propagation effects on accumulated photon echo phenomenon, which is one of the well-known coherent phenomena. We first derived pulse area equations for the first (pump), the second (probe), and the third (isolated echo) pulses in the weak excitation case.
We obtained analytical solutions of the pulse areas for the heterodyne-detected and isolated echoes and discussed them in terms of the dephasing time and the accumulation grating amplitude.
