Generally, silver nanoparticles for surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) method were synthesized via chemical approaches. However, this approach might be not easily and safety.
We focused on mist chemical vapor deposition (Mist-CVD) method, which is cost effective, mass productive and safety.
We fabricated silver nanomaterials in this method and investigated by SEM, XPS and XRD analysis.
We challenged to application to hotspots by using grew silver nanomaterials to SERS method. We clearly obtained SERS spectra at 10-8 M dye solution demonstrated that silver nanomaterials grown via Mist CVD could be provides SERS hotspots, and it might be new prepare method for SERS substrate.
