[19p-PB1-11] Development of highly sensitive glucose sensor using enzyme and mediator-modified porous carbon and its application to sweat glucose analysis
Keywords:biosensor, enzyme, glucose
Non-invasive and indirect blood glucose sensors based on sweat glucose have been actively developed. Our group has developed hydrogel-coated enzyme sensor which enables easy collection and detection of the sweat components from human skin. However, as concentration of glucose collected in the gel is extremely low, the enzyme sensor with high sensitivity is required to quantify the sweat glucose. In this study, we aimed to develop a highly sensitive glucose sensor in which enzymes and mediators are immobilized at high density in a porous carbon.
