Recent studies have reported that sweat contains some biomarkers partitioned from blood. Therefore, there is a possibility of non-invasive health check from sweat components without physically damaging human body. Recently, we have developed the hydrogel-coated enzyme sensor that enables both collection and detection of sweat components only by touching the gel with finger. Purpose of this study was to develop an electrochemical immunosensor based on the concept of this type of sweat sensor.
