We propose and develop our original neuron circuit that consists of differential variable resistors as a synapse and current avaraging components for threshold voligate detection for its neuron operations. In this paper, we show analysis on nonlinearity dependent on the circuit configulations, and report STDP-based synaptic weight programing in memristive devices made of metal-oxide materials.
