[19p-PB8-14] Proximity Sensors Based on Organic FETs Using Electrostatic Induction
Keywords:organic semiconductor, organic transistor, non-contact sensor
In recent years, the application of flexible devices such as organic field effect transistors (OFET) to sensor systems has been actively conducted. Although many studies have reported flexible sensors in direct contact with human skin so far, few studies have reported non-contact flexible sensors, which can expand the range of application, for example, proximity sensors and non-contact electrocardiographs. In this research, we have developed non-contact sensors that detect the charge generated by the electrostatic induction of the extended gate electrode with high sensitivity, making use of the high input impedance of the OFETs.
