In recent years, organic semiconductors have attracted attention as next-generation electronics materials. Organic semiconductors have features such as lightweight, flexible and inexpensive manufacturing processes. An organic semiconductor is a substance in which organic molecules are bound by intermolecular force. They are known to exhibit a large increase in mobility with the application of external pressure. In this study, we fabricated C8-BTBT thin film transistors by solution method on PET substrate. We investigated the process of mobility enhancement by pressing the C8-BTBT thin film by using the thermal shrinking of the substrate accompanying the heating.
