[20a-B11-1] Radial Dependence of Rotational Temperature of N2 and N2+ in Nitrogen Plasma
Keywords:Distribution of Rotational Temperature of N2, Abel Inversion, Neutral Molecule and Molecular Ion
The radial dependence of the rotational temperature was investigated for nitrogen plasma in the microwave discharge tube. Abel Inversion was performed to obtain a spectrum in the r direction, and spectral fitting was performed to determine the rotation temperature. The rotation temperature of 2PS became a monotonically decreasing function of r. It is considered to reflect the gas temperature. Conversely, 1NS is a monotonically increasing function of r. It is considered that the ion temperature may be reflected in some way.
