[20a-E101-1] Strong and weak coupling states in an inorganic-organic layered perovskite-optical microcavity

Noriyuki Takada1 (1.AIST)

Keywords:exciton polariton, inorganic-organic perovskite

We fabricated an optical microcavity device with inorganic-organic perovskite layer (DBR/perovskite/α-NPD/Al) and discussed the coupling state (strong coupling/weak coupling) of excitons and photons in the cavity. From the angle dependence of the reflection spectrum, non-crossing UP and LP modes (Rabi splitting energy: 160 meV) showing strong coupling state (formation of exciton polariton) of perovskite exciton and cavity photon were observed. The emission angle dependence of PL spectra at excitation wavelengths of 405 nm and 450 nm was observed, and the differences of PL specctra were discussed.
