[20a-E202-8] Studies on multi-layered films of the hybrid system of arachidic acid and detonation nanodiamond

We have already reported that optically-anisotropic nanosheets are generated at the air/water interface when an aqueous colloidal solution of detonation nanodiamond (DND) was injected in water beneath the monolayer of arachidic acid (C₂₀) formed at the interface. However, the amount of the nanosheet at the interface is not large enough to fabricate the multi-layered structure. Here we report on fabrications of the multi-layered hybrid system of C₂₀ and DND.
