Plasmas in contact with liquids have been extensively investigated for many applications ranging from environmental remediation to material science and medicine. Many reports showed the significant contribution of short-lived reactive species in the liquid phase, while the species are too short-lived to be measured. In this study, we developed a novel method to measure concentrations of reactive species with much higher temporal resolution (~ 0.1 ms) by introducing high-speed liquid flow (~ 10 m/s) into atmospheric-pressure plasma. In the presentation, the temporal changes in OH radical concentration will be reported.
