[20a-E317-9] Characteristics of Nano-Bubbles Formed by Porous Alumina Thin Film with Ordered Nano-Holes

To generate NBs, we used a technique to pressurize a porous alumina pore thin film having homogeneous pores of 100 nm diameter formed by anodic oxidation. The size distribution of NBs thus generated was investigated by nanoparticle tracking analysis method. We report the results of investigating the particle size distribution when changing the gas species using the nanoparticle tracking analysis method.
