Photon number state supply system is essential to provide the quantum information and communication environment. For future full-scale use, be superior to stability, and the development of the single photon source that it can produce at low cost is necessary, and a search study using various materials, materials, structure is prosperous. We make structure (QDinF) which let single-mode optical fiber (SMF) join semiconductor quantum dot (QD) without accidental plural photon outbreak directly, and and inspection of the single photon outbreak reports the durability, stability for a long time essentially.
