Oxide has long been attracting attention as a candidate for high-temperature thermoelectric materials. Perovskite Fe oxides are expected to have P-type and N-type thermoelectric characteristics similar to those for estimating the Seebeck coefficient in the high temperature limit based on the Heikes’ formula. In this study, we focused on Nd1-xSrxFeO3(0.1<x<0.5) whose crystal structure was stable in the whole composition range, and we have developed the possibility of developing high temperature thermoelectric materials composed of PN elements with oxide as the same matrix.
