Recently, halide perovskite is focused as a thermoelectric material due to the low thermal conductivity, while the properties are not enough for the practical use and must be improved. In this study, we focused on two-dimensional halide perovskite (BA)2(MA)1-xSnxI3x+1. This material is reported to have a pudding mold band structure which is possible candidate for high Seebeck coeffiecient. Their thermoelectric figure of merit ZT is estimated from Seebeck coefficient S(V/K), electrical conductivity s (/W m) and thermal conductivity k (W/Km). For the optimized structures of (BA)2(MA)1-xSnxI3x+1(x = 1, 2, 3) with first-principles calculation, we have investigated the energy band structure and their transport properties.
