High energy conversion efficiency of the lead halide perovskite solar cells are of an immense current research interest. .It is due to the fact that the simple solution process can be utilized for the fabrication of the perovskite solar cells. Usually, a spin coater is used to fabricate the perovskite thin film with a thickness of less than 1 um and a good quality of the film can be fabricated by an anti-solvent method using chlorobenzene or toluene, in which the solubility of perovskite is too low. This anti-solvent method is that several hundred uL of the chlorobenzene and toluene are poured on the substrate during spin coating of the perovskite precursor solution during spinning at a certain time and at a certain speed by a micropipette. Therefore, one of the problems of the antisolvent method strongly depends on the person. From such a background, we have been trying to make an auto equipment for pushing a micropipette during spin coating, controlled by PC or some other external devices.
In this study, we attempted to measure the experimental parameters poring anti-solvent using micropipette operated by DC motor. Using this setup, we can measure pressure and speed of pushing micropipette, timing, distance between pipette tip, and other parameters of the substrate. Using these parameters, we will attempt to make an auto-micropipette equipment operated by computer or the external devices.
