For understanding of carrier behavior leading to power generation in double-layer organic solar cells (OSCs), we analyzed relationship between short-circuit current and photo-current distribution of two kinds of different film thickness configurations of double-layer organic solar cell using copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) as p-type and fullerene (C₆₀) as n-type material.
