[20p-C207-13] Jc improvement of as-grown MgB2 thin film by post-annealing

We have reported that high Jc MgB2 films can be formed on Cu, Al, duralumin, and stainless steel tape, and that a 10 micron thick MgB2 film can be easily fabricated on a Cu tape. In this paper, we report that significant improvement of Jc in magnetic fields by post annealing was achieved for the MgB2 thin film with high Jc exceeding 1 MA/cm2.
