[20p-E201-1] Carbon nanotube electron devices: Recent progresses and future prospects

Yutaka Ohno1 (1.Nagoya Univ.)

Keywords:carbon nanotube, electron device

Because of the recent breakthroughs of the carbon nanotube technology, the applications to electronic devices are becoming realistic. In this report, we introduce recent progress on carbon nanotube electronic devices. From the results of our research on flexible device applications, low voltage CMOS based on precise doping control, highly stretchable thin film transistors and integrated circuits, and design and fabrication of analog integrated circuits will be reported. Finally, future prospects of the development of carbon nanotube electron devices will be described.
