△ [20p-E202-9] Deformation Analysis of Three-Dimensionally Aligned Liquid-Crystalline Polymer Films
Keywords:Liquid-crystalline polymer film, Molecular alignment, Strain
Flexible devices require both flexibility and high durability. However, surface strain caused by deformation induces performance degradation. In order to adapt the strain, highly stretchable conductive materials and/or thin devices has been studied, but there are few cases focusing on design of flexible substrates. In this study, we employed liquid-crystalline polymer films with controlled three-dimensional molecular alignment and evaluated their deformation behavior.
