The Japanese gravitational-wave antenna, called KAGRA, is a 3-km Michelson-type laser interferometer to detect gravitational waves. Beam damps in KAGRA play important role to attenuate stray light which causes serious noise in gravitational-wave detection. It is significant to measure scattered light of the beam damps, which is too small to evaluate it using a typical method. So, we propose a unique method for scattering measurement using a Michelson interferometer.
