屈折率計測の高精度化のために、本研究では、半導体可飽和吸収ミラー(SESAM)型モード同期ファイバー共振器に偏波保持ファイバーを採用し, 測定環境の外乱の影響を低減したRF測定型屈折率センシング手法を提案する.
