[20p-E304-10] Subgap absorption peaks in selenium films

Tamihiro Gotoh1 (1.Gunma Univ.)

Keywords:amorphous selenium, photothermal deflection spectroscopy, gap states

The subgap optical absorption spectra of the heat-treated Se thin films were evaluated using photothermal deflection spectroscopy. Furthermore, it was found that a characteristic optical absorption peaks appeared in some samples. Research was conducted to understand the optical absorption peaks in selenium films.
