We report the excitation light wavelength dependence on silver photodiffusion into amorphous germanium sulfide, on the basis of the optical and neutron reflectivity measurements of Ag/Ge₂₀S₈₀/ Si substrate using the high-power LEDs (365, 405, 455, 530 nm) (band width:15-40 nm).
