We have ever clarified that OH radical, one of the short-lived active species, is an important factor in plasma-induced drug transfer. However, it is very difficult to estimate the OH radical supply to cells and biological tissues induced by plasma irradiation. In this presentation, we will show the relationship between supply distribution of OH radicals which is measured using OH-responsive fluorescent gelling probe and the plasma-induced Ca²⁺ response.
