P3HT:PCBMバルクヘテロ層を活性層とした半透明太陽電池の光電変換特性における光照射方向依存性の原因について検討した。半透明太陽電池における光照射方向によるエネルギー変換効率の違いは、電極の透過率、バルクヘテロ層内での高分子の偏析、電子と正孔の取り出し効率の違いによって説明できることを述べる。
