[20p-E313-8] [INVITED] Quantitative Strain Analysis of Bending Films for Development of Flexible Devices

Design of flexible materials and devices with high durability has drawn a great interest; however, deterioration of performance remains a challenge. Here we intorduce quantitative strain analysis of bending films for development of flexible devices. Surface labeled grating method enables precise measurement of surface strain by means of diffraction of a probe beam from a thin grating labeled on the surface of a bending polymer film.
