[20p-PA1-7] Temperature elevation of ointment containing a mixture of iron oxide and gold nanoparticles for photothermal therapy

がんの治療法のひとつに温熱療法がありナノ粒子による加熱が提案されている。これまでに、人体に無害な酸化鉄を使い、磁気加熱によるがん治療の研究が報告されている。我々は酸化鉄に光吸収の強い金ナノ粒子を付着させ、光熱変換による温熱療法のアプローチを試みた。本研究では、静電的に酸化鉄と金ナノ粒子を付着させ複合ナノ材料を作製した。また市販のワセリンに複合ナノ材料を混ぜた塗布型光熱材料を作製し、光加熱実験を行った。
