We considered to estimate the amount of oxygen functional groups in the graphene oxide by using binding amount of cationic surfactant. As a result, it is found that the binding form was changed as depending on pH condition. On the other hand, this changing in the graphite oxide with mild oxidation was not revealed. This is caused that graphene oxide has different binding forms with hydrophilic interaction and hydrophobic interaction, simultaneously.
