[20p-PA3-22] Development of Reverse Saturable Absorption Polymer Showing Transmittance Decreasing at Low Power Light

Reverse saturable absorption (RSA) is a phenomenon of transmittance decreasing with incident light power increasing. To date, RSA material has poor molding processability and RSA has only been observed when high intensity lasers are used. In this research, we aimed to develop a new RSA material showing transmittance decreasing at low power light and being composed polymer having good molding processability. A new RSA polymer was composed of long lifetime phosphorescence polymer and Iridium complex as a photosensitizer. This material showed transmittance decreasing at lower intensity than traditional RSA polymers.
