As spintronic materials, organic semiconductors have an advantage, where hyperfine and spin-orbit interactions are small compared to those in inorganic materials. However, both interactions play important roles in organic spintronic applications. Therefore, it is important to evaluate these parameters in-operando conditions. Here, we explored contribution of hyperfine and spin-orbit interactions in angular dependence of linewidth of EDMR signals for pentacene Schottky barrier diode using variable frequency EDMR spectroscopy.
