We developed a new laser scanning optical-frequency-comb spectroscopic microscopy that can acquire spectroscopic informations of amplitude and phase of light simultaneously. It has spatial resolution in the optical axis direction and is capable of high sensitivity measurement by focusing of the laser beam. This time, we apply this microscope to biomedical measurement, and show the utility of imaging in biomedical samples.
