To evaluate the reliability of photovoltaic modules, accelerated degradation test is required since PV modules is used outdoors for decades. We have investigated the degradation spreading form interconnectors by pressure cooker test (PCT) as an accelerated test. In this study, we fabricated mini-modules with double-glass structure, and investigated the degradation by I-V measurement, EL measurement, and optical microscopy to find the changes in the front and back electrodes.
