We have reported that the contact resistance can be reduced by oxidizing the OFET electrode, and the OFET with 9,10-diphenylanthracene (DPA) with high IP of 5.8 eV can be driven.
However, the effectiveness of the oxidation process in the OFET in which the organic layer is formed by the wet process has not been clarified.
Therefore, in this study, we aimed to fabricate OFET by wet process using Ag nano-ink and DPA solution, and to clarify how the oxidation treatment of the electrode surface affects the electrical characteristics.
