[21a-PA1-11] Transmission spectra and the Jones matrix calculus of polarization colors

In order to correctly understand polarization colors, polarization characteristics of a commercially available waveplates were evaluated by spectroscopic ellipsometry. The measured transmission spectra agree well with curves obtained by Jones matrix calculus using measured ellipsometric parameters.
