Considering the driving force related to CNTs' structure, two-stage growth process, held process temperature suitable to form cap and tubular structures on each stage respectively, has got a positive tendency in temperature adjustment. In this work, we got a further study on the influence of partial pressure adjustment in efficient synthesis method to grow high-quality CNTs at the high temperature.
