[21a-PB1-35] Accumulation of graphene oxide nanoribbon using alternating electric field and its restoration
Keywords:graphene, graphene oxide
Graphene nanoribbon (GNR) has been expected as a new material for the next generation devices because it has a band gap depending on its width. Developing the high throughput synthesis method and accumulation technique are required to apply this material to the actual devices. In this presentation, we used alternating electric field to control the position of graphene oxide nanoribbon that is a precursor of GNR. Then, we restored the specimens to GNR using the plasma or hot tungsten filament methods we developed.
